What We Do
- Provide support and resources to students and their families, facilitating communication between home and school, and assisting with accessing community services
- Identify and support at-risk students including strategies to improve attendance and academic performance, providing alternative learning pathways to prevent dropouts.
- Administer programs to offer additional academic support to students in need and ensure compliance with federal Title 1 funding guidelines.
- Through school counselors, provide academic, career, and personal/social counseling, assist with college and career planning, and offer support for emotional and mental health issues
- Support English learners in achieving language proficiency providing instructional support and resources.
- Provide challenging academic programs beyond the regular curriculum.
- Support families who choose to homeschool and provide resources, curriculum guidance, and assessment tools.
- Identify and support students experiencing homelessness and ensure access to educational services and resources
