Free Summer Meals 2023

The Ames Community School District is participating in the Summer Food Service Program. Meals will be provided to all children without charge and are the same for all children regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, age or disability, and there will be no discrimination in the course of the meal service. Meals will be provided, at a first come, first serve basis, at the sites and times as follows:

June 12, 2023 – July 20, 2023

• Meeker Elementary School – 300 20th St. Ames, Iowa 50010
• On-site – Breakfast Monday through Thursday 7:30 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.  Lunch Monday through Thursday 11:15 a.m. – 11:45 a.m.

June 12, 2023 – August 11, 2023

• Boys and Girls Club – 210 South 5^th, Ames

• On-Site – Breakfast Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.  Lunch Monday through Friday 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

There will be no meals on July 3rd or 4th at either site.
